Refunds and Exchanges

Refunds:
 
If you want to return an item or items, you must notify us within 10 days of your transaction.  If you paid by credit or debit card or through PayPal, you will receive the refund on your credit or debit card.  If you paid cash for your order, we will refund you the cash.
 
Exchanges:
 
If you need to exchange an item, you must notify us within 10 days of your transaction.  You can make an exchange for another item.  In order to make the exchange, you will have to place a new order for the item or items you desire and return the unwanted item to us.  If you are due a credit, it will be put back on your credit or debit card.  If you originally paid us by cash, your credit will be given to you in cash.  As an alternative, we can pick up the item you wish to exchange at the time of delivering your new order, and we will exchange it for the item you desire.  We are very flexible and will work with you.
