Shipping

We ship via United States Postal Service (USPS), UPS and Federal Express.

If you prefer that we mail your package via USPS, we offer USPS express, first class, parcel and priority mail. 

Our UPS and Federal Express packages are shipped every business day of the week (Monday through Friday).  We do not ship our UPS packages on weekends or holidays.  At the time of checkout, you will have the choice of 1 day, 2 day or ground delivery.

Please note, that if you are not home when your delivery has arrived, it is up to UPS and Federal Express to decide whether to obtain a signature for delivery, drop the package off at your doorstep or leave it with a building manager, doorman or neighbor.  If the driver believes it is best to have someone sign for your package, UPS and Federal Express will try a few times to secure a signature and if the driver cannot get a signature, then your package will be returned to us.  We will notify you if your package is returned to us.  We can redeliver it to you at the additional cost that UPS and Federal Express charges or you can receive a credit or an exchange.

To avoid returned packages, if you know ahead of time that you will not be home at time of your delivery, please let us know if you have any specific delivery options for us.  

The following reasons may also result in shipping delays:

-           Incorrect shipping address

-           Shipping address does not match billing address

-           Payment delay/issue

-           Ordered items may be out of stock and our inventory would have to get restocked and customer will be notified as soon as our new shipment has arrived and ship it out to you immediately.

-           Severe weather conditions can hold up shipping and deliveries.
